k'ala wAnû - Animals

The Yuchi Language Project has acquired several different animals for the YLP kids to interact with. They are more than animals to look at behind a fence. The animals provide ancient knowledge by using specific language with them that otherwise would not be used in an everyday setting. YLP has committed to reinforcing that language through animal stewardship.
